Advance Medical Optics

Under SEC orders, Advanced Medical Optics was compelled to disentangle its corporate and operations from its parent company Allergan with a timeline total of 6 months. From the day we first began design, until occupancy, including full lab/pilot plant facilities, offices, and Hazardous Occupancy spaces for 157,000 s.f. was brought in on time, and the move made successfully.

All new furniture, equipment and Tenant Improvements were permitted under multiple “rolling” permits, and double shift construction crews were coordinated with continual design input onsite. The record buildout is under strict confidentiality orders.
